Job description
Job Overview
The position of Project Management II - Regional Manager is based in Doha, Qatar. This role acts as the country project manager responsible for overseeing all Field Service Representative (FSR) movements, managing operational issues, and preparing Critical Collection Incident Reports (CCIR) to submit to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) according to government-provided formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate efficiently with support teams and communicate progress and issues to government leadership.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Maintain thorough documentation with excellent writing skills.
- Possess experience working with equipment covered under the contract.
- Utilize computerized project management software proficiently.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational, planning, time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold an active US Government Secret clearance in-scope (Interim Secret Clearance considered acceptable).
- Must be a US citizen due to contract and work requirements.
- Have up to 10 years of experience in systems development and engineering.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a military environment.
- Have a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- Be prepared to travel up to 100% to support mission needs.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management; or an Associate's degree combined with 15 years of recent specialized experience; or 20 years of recent specialized experience overall.
