Role Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) suite, including modules for billing, cash management, and customer care.
- Identify and resolve issues associated with order-to-cash processes, invoicing cycles, and collections management.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to address and solve complex business challenges, applying advanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle SQL to monitor financial metrics and behavioral analytics of customers.
- Contribute actively to the full lifecycle of project implementations, from initial planning to final delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 5 to 9 years of professional experience in an Oracle CC&B analyst role or a comparable position.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in any specialization, preferably B.Tech or B.E.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of order-to-cash cycles, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Applications 1i (R12i) is advantageous.
