Position Overview

The Operations Manager / Operations Director / Head of Operations role focuses on leading and managing business workflows to ensure effective execution, robust performance, and sustained organizational growth. Core Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring processes run seamlessly

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
• Master's degree (MBA or related fields) preferred for senior leadership roles
• Experience in operations management, business operations, process improvement, strategic planning, team leadership, performance management, and project management

Technical and Professional Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365), CRM platforms, business reporting, and process management tools
• Experience using project and collaboration software like Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Certified Manager (CM), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Operations Management Certification, Business Process Management Certification, and an MBA for director-level roles
