Key Responsibilities

• Pick, assemble, and pack online customer orders from various temperature zones with precision and care to guarantee timely delivery.

• Choose fresh and excellent quality products, removing any damaged or unsuitable items.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Pack totes efficiently to optimize space while preserving product quality and safety.
• Engage positively with customers, balancing fulfillment duties with customer support and issue resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in your working environment by following food safety procedures and promptly cleaning spills.
• Operate equipment safely and perform required safety checks consistently.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
• Contribute ideas to enhance work processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Challenges in this Position

• Manage a heavy workload efficiently in a fast-paced setting, including overnight shifts, ensuring sustained focus and energy.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Consistently execute repetitive tasks like stocking, zoning, and organizing products with keen attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this position is $17.75.
