About the Role
The position is based at Vijay Plot 12, Gondal Road, Rajkot, offering an opportunity to join Bablu Print & Promotions as an Office Administrator with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company email correspondence and ensure proper filing of downloaded documents into designated folders.
- Rename documents according to the organizations referencing system for easy retrieval.
- Keep order records up to date using Google Sheets.
- Handle incoming dealer phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally.
- Liaise with the production team and vendors to relay accurate order status and updates to dealers promptly.
- Maintain swift and precise communication channels with dealers to support business operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic proficiency in computer operations, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Windows file management.
- Effective communication skills in Gujarati and elementary English language abilities.
- Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Open to hiring fresh graduates or those new to the workforce.
Additional Information
- Emphasis on discipline and regular attendance is crucial.
- Leave must generally be requested at least 3 days prior unless in emergencies.
- Compensation ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
