Overview
The LUXASIA Internship Programme is crafted for current degree or master's candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company, renowned for its innovative digital consumer experiences and lifestyle solutions. This impactful internship offers exposure to strategic initiatives centered on emerging technologies and process enhancements within the business.
Opportunities and Experience
- Participate in digitalization efforts, customer analytics, digital marketing strategy formulation, or tackle financial management challenges.
- Discover how LUXASIA is pioneering transformation in the Beauty Retail and Luxury FMCG sectors.
- Engage with diverse business units including human resources, talent acquisition, social media, product marketing, customer experience, operations, and supply chain.
- Benefit from mentorship and the chance to shadow LUXASIA leadership.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager with activities such as advertising, product promotion, market research, and marketing and sales administration.
- Assist in copywriting and text editing tasks.
- Contribute to daily team operations and administration.
- Coordinate multiple project deliverables and monitor timeline adherence.
- Prepare materials for presentations.
- Liaise with trade partners and media contacts to track project progress.
- Develop action plans to resolve potential challenges.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program.
- Availability for a minimum 12-week full-time internship.
- Demonstrated performance history.
- Passion for beauty, technology, and digital experiences.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to share internship experiences on social media platforms.
