Its portfolio includes more than 100 luxury brands, and its business covers retail, e-commerce, consumer marketing and analytics, and supply chain management. The group works with partners such as LVMH Group, Revlon, Puig, Shiseido, and Orveon, and employs a large multicultural team across 15 markets.
Why This Role Matters
This position supports regional marketing execution across multiple markets, helping local teams and the regional manager align campaigns, assets, events, social activity, and product launches. The role suits someone who enjoys fast-moving work, collaboration, and building brand presence across a premium beauty portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the regional marketing manager to review product exclusivity offers and mechanics with local markets so that they remain appealing to the intended audience.
- Coordinate with designers to prepare product listings, shop-in-shop visuals, banners, creative adaptations, and other content, ensuring they match brand and promotion plans.
- Support market teams with website updates when needed.
- Work with local markets to plan and maintain the monthly social media posting calendar.
- Assist with social content analysis alongside the regional manager and follow up with markets on actions required.
- Help execute PR and influencer plans with the regional manager and local teams.
- Support event planning and coordination, including press kits, post-event reporting, and related tasks.
- Assist in consolidating and coordinating forecasts for new launches efficiently.
- Pull historical data for analysis and review with the regional manager.
- Follow the regional visual merchandising approach and transparency standards, and work with markets to maintain strong in-store execution across all locations.
- Ensure the internal image library is refreshed whenever market visits take place.
- Handle creative requests for assets and follow up to keep them moving.
- Coordinate, request, and share assets, product details, and required documents with local markets for new launches and other needs.
- Manage creative briefs and timelines between markets and designers.
- Provide coordination support for information, tools, and ad hoc requests between the global team and local markets.
- Contribute to the creation of a monthly newsletter that shares best practices and success stories across the region.
- Take on other related projects, reports, and marketing tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A degree in business or marketing is required.
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are important.
- A genuine interest in beauty products and retail is expected.
- Comfort with MS Office applications is required, and Adobe Photoshop experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally may be needed.
