Position Summary

This position is responsible for steering a construction project from start to finish. The role focuses on keeping the budget under control, coordinating smoothly with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on schedule while maintaining strong standards for quality, safety, and legal compliance.

Core Responsibilities

Site supervision and execution

  • Carry out frequent site inspections to monitor day-to-day construction activity and confirm alignment with approved architectural and structural drawings.
  • Plan and allocate labour, machinery, and materials so the site has the resources it needs at the right time.
  • Track progress through work breakdown structures and project dashboards, and keep the site team responsible for meeting baseline timelines.
