Job Details

• Positions available for full-time and part-time schedules
• Evening shifts
• Hourly wage of $14
• Weekly payment

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as needed
• Use chemical cleaners and power tools safely to prevent damage to surfaces and materials
• Clean and upkeep restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entry points
• Dispose of trash properly, including using compactors when applicable
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper techniques
• Spot-clean carpets and assist with shampooing and extraction as required
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies regularly
• Adhere to an established housekeeping schedule
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform additional duties based on client or job requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months experience in janitorial work
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and efficiently

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and custodial standards
• Skills in floor care including buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
