Positions available for full-time and part-time schedules
Evening shifts
Hourly wage of $14
Weekly payment

Key Responsibilities

Maintain all floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as needed
Use chemical cleaners and power tools safely to prevent damage to surfaces and materials
Clean and upkeep restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entry points
Dispose of trash properly, including using compactors when applicable
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper techniques
Spot-clean carpets and assist with shampooing and extraction as required
Restock paper and sanitary supplies regularly
Adhere to an established housekeeping schedule
Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
Perform additional duties based on client or job requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months experience in janitorial work
Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully and efficiently

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services
Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and custodial standards
Skills in floor care including buffing and waxing
Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
