About the Role
We are seeking a proactive International BPO Executive to join our team based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves managing customer interactions from international clients via voice, chat, or email, ensuring superior customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries, delivering precise information.
- Uphold exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Accurately update customer information and maintain detailed records.
- Achieve daily targets related to productivity, quality, and performance.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedural guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Adaptable to working in rotational or night shift schedules.
- Basic proficiency with computers and typing skills.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and managing customer interactions.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-moving work environment.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 20000 to 48500 INR.
