Role overview

This is a permanent, full-time position based fully onsite in Auckland, New Zealand. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing customer relationships, creating commercial opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales activity.

What you will do

  • Develop sales opportunities with both existing customers and new prospects through telesales and marketing-led activity.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce products, campaigns, and broader sales initiatives.
  • Work toward daily and monthly revenue goals by spotting and converting new business opportunities.
  • Keep customer records current and collect useful market and competitor intelligence.
  • Partner with internal teams and other functions to strengthen lead generation, customer acquisition, and service delivery.
  • Produce accurate, timely reports and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
