Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time position based fully onsite in Auckland, New Zealand. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing customer relationships, creating commercial opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales activity.
What you will do
- Develop sales opportunities with both existing customers and new prospects through telesales and marketing-led activity.
- Make outbound calls to introduce products, campaigns, and broader sales initiatives.
- Work toward daily and monthly revenue goals by spotting and converting new business opportunities.
- Keep customer records current and collect useful market and competitor intelligence.
- Partner with internal teams and other functions to strengthen lead generation, customer acquisition, and service delivery.
- Produce accurate, timely reports and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
About you
The employer is looking for someone with more than 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or another sales-focused role, ideally within industry, MRO, or electronics. You should be commercially minded, confident in negotiation, and able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats. Strong organization, prioritization, and time management are important, along with working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
Additional information
This role is fully onsite in Auckland and offered on a full-time permanent contract. Candidates are expected to create an account, upload a CV, and answer a few application questions.
