Program Overview
Wizklub is a future skills development program targeting students from Grades 1 to 9. It aims to build strong foundations in emerging technologies such as AI, Robotics, Coding and experiential STEM learning. The program enhances problem-solving, creativity, logical reasoning, and real-world application skills, preparing learners for a digitally advanced future.
Role Summary
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Executives fluent in Tamil to join our Hyderabad-based Wizklub sales team. The role involves engaging with parents of students in Grades 1 through 9, identifying the children’s learning requirements, and guiding families towards suitable Wizklub programs. Key responsibilities include presenting program benefits, addressing concerns, achieving enrollment targets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to counsel them on Wizklub initiatives.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing leads, converting them into confirmed enrollments.
- Conduct program explanations primarily in Tamil or Kannada via calls.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records within the CRM system.
- Ensure prompt follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with parents and students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- 0 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of Kannada is also acceptable.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Strong abilities in persuasion, negotiation, and target orientation.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven approach.

Additional Information
Applicants must be either current residents of Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad. The working schedule includes six days a week with Sundays off.
