Role Summary
The Human Resources Manager will guide HR strategies and operations to nurture a dynamic and innovative workforce in a part-time remote capacity. Responsibilities entail managing recruitment and onboarding, overseeing performance evaluations and feedback cycles, aiding leadership in workforce planning, and sustaining employee records compliant with relevant laws and company standards. The role involves refining HR protocols, resolving employee relations matters, and contributing to training and workforce development to promote an inclusive and value-driven culture.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in essential HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and managing employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws applicable to remote and flexible working environments.
- Proficiency in performance management, feedback implementation, and workforce planning techniques.
- Capability to develop and facilitate training, development programs, and cultural initiatives within an organizational context.
- Strong skills in communication, interpersonal interaction, and conflict resolution.
- Background working in innovative, small-scale, or growth-oriented businesses is advantageous.
- Competence in using HRIS or similar software and platforms for remote collaboration.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, or corresponding professional experience; professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) are beneficial.
