Role Overview
This position involves identifying the company's staffing needs and executing the recruitment process to fill vacancies that align with organizational goals and management expectations.
Key Duties
- Source and recruit suitable candidates for various open roles within the company.
- Manage daily attendance records of employees and oversee monthly payroll processing along with statutory compliance reporting.
- Ensure adherence to IATF and other Quality Management System accreditation standards, maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating audits as required.
