Role Overview

This position involves identifying the company's staffing needs and executing the recruitment process to fill vacancies that align with organizational goals and management expectations.

Key Duties

Source and recruit suitable candidates for various open roles within the company.
Manage daily attendance records of employees and oversee monthly payroll processing along with statutory compliance reporting.
Ensure adherence to IATF and other Quality Management System accreditation standards, maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating audits as required.
