About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter experienced in sourcing, screening, and client coordination to join our team at Career Tree HR Solutions located in Shamshabad, India. This position requires handling end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, and aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, and manage interview schedules effectively.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate recruitment efforts with them closely.
- Gain practical experience in hiring for manufacturing, infrastructure, and aviation industries.
- Be willing to travel as needed for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) assignments.
- Oversee invoice preparation and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any specialization.
Compensation
The role offers a salary ranging from 250000 to 550000 Indian Rupees annually.
