About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter experienced in sourcing, screening, and client coordination to join our team at Career Tree HR Solutions located in Shamshabad, India. This position requires handling end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, and aviation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, and manage interview schedules effectively.
Manage client relationships and coordinate recruitment efforts with them closely.
Gain practical experience in hiring for manufacturing, infrastructure, and aviation industries.
Be willing to travel as needed for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) assignments.
Oversee invoice preparation and ensure timely follow-up on payments.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any specialization.

Compensation

The role offers a salary ranging from 250000 to 550000 Indian Rupees annually.
