About the Role
This position combines recruitment support with core HR operations. The selected candidate will help attract, evaluate, and onboard talent while also assisting with day-to-day employee management and compliance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through sourcing channels and shortlist profiles that match the role requirements.
- Review applications and conduct initial screening to assess suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft, publish, and update job openings as needed.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners and ensure joining formalities are completed smoothly.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with attendance-related updates.
- Help with routine HR operations, policy communication, and employee support queries.
- Contribute to compliance-related processes and general HR coordination.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a background in human resources or a related field. Suitable qualifications include a B.A. in Human Resource Management and Development, a B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Human Resource Management, or any graduate degree.
