About the Role and Company
The Human Resources Coordinator will closely collaborate with HR Business Partners to assist the community Human Resources operations. This position involves supporting various HR programs, managing unemployment claims, payroll administration tasks, and maintaining accurate HRIS data. It offers valuable exposure to onboarding procedures, I9 compliance, and HR policies and protocols.

Position Details
- Location: Corporate Office, Downtown Fort Worth, TX
- Work Schedule: Hybrid remote with office presence Tuesday through Thursday; remote work on Mondays and Fridays

Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests received via the Home Office HR email inbox originating from community locations
- Offer guidance on locating and interpreting HR policies and procedures
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding and I9-related inquiries
- Enter and maintain data within the UKG HRIS system
- Process HR transactions submitted by community representatives into UKG
- Conduct audits of employee personnel files
- Generate and execute ad hoc reports within the HRIS system as needed
- Support payroll audits and reporting requirements
- Assist HR Business Partners with HR-related tasks specific to their regions
- Engage in departmental projects including system upgrades, improvements, and acquisitions
- Conduct research on HR topics for policy development or in response to labor market changes
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Minimum education requirement: High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Prior HR experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Motivated to learn and succeed within a developing HR team
- Proficient with business software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and comfortable with automated HR systems
- Team-oriented with adaptability and flexibility to assist team objectives
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Effective organizational, time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
