Role overview
Avantika Pridewalls is hiring a Help Desk Executive for facility management support in Hyderabad. The position focuses on handling service requests, coordinating maintenance teams, and keeping customers informed until issues are resolved.
Key responsibilities
- Register incoming service requests and complaints accurately.
- Generate work orders and route them to the appropriate maintenance teams.
- Monitor complaint progress and make sure closures happen within SLA timelines.
- Liaise with housekeeping, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and security teams as needed.
- Keep customers informed about the current status of their complaints.
- Maintain help desk logs and compile daily and monthly reports.
- Refer unresolved matters to the Facility Manager for further action.
- Support service quality and a positive customer experience.
Additional information
Experience with MyGate application operations is part of the role context.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary of INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
