About the Role
CROSwiss is hiring for a Growth Product Manager position based in Berlin, Germany. The role is centered on helping a widely used B2B SaaS platform expand beyond scheduling into a broader productivity and coordination solution. This creates scope to improve user growth, engagement, and monetization through product-led initiatives.
The position works across multiple functions, including Product, Data, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue, so it requires strong cross-functional coordination and a growth-focused mindset.
What You Will Do
You will take ownership of the growth roadmap and make trade-offs between quick wins and longer-term product bets. The role is responsible for driving product-led growth by managing critical user journeys across activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
You will also maintain a disciplined experimentation pipeline, prioritizing tests and learning opportunities in a structured backlog while promoting data-backed decision-making throughout the product development process.
