About the Role
CROSwiss is hiring for a Growth Product Manager position based in Berlin, Germany. The role is centered on helping a widely used B2B SaaS platform expand beyond scheduling into a broader productivity and coordination solution. What You Will Do
You will take ownership of the growth roadmap and make trade-offs between quick wins and longer-term product bets. The role is responsible for driving product-led growth by managing critical user journeys across activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
