Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Field Executive to drive merchant acquisition for MobiKwik's EDC/POS solutions in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with various retail and business establishments to promote digital payment technologies, overseeing the onboarding process, and fostering strong merchant relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new merchants for MobiKwik's EDC/POS machine installations.
  • Perform on-site visits across retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, and other commercial venues.
  • Communicate the features, pricing, and transaction benefits of MobiKwik's digital payment and card acceptance offerings effectively to merchants.
  • Manage merchant KYC processes, required documentation, and complete onboarding procedures.
