Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Field Executive to drive merchant acquisition for MobiKwik's EDC/POS solutions in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with various retail and business establishments to promote digital payment technologies, overseeing the onboarding process, and fostering strong merchant relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants for MobiKwik's EDC/POS machine installations.
- Perform on-site visits across retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, and other commercial venues.
- Communicate the features, pricing, and transaction benefits of MobiKwik's digital payment and card acceptance offerings effectively to merchants.
- Manage merchant KYC processes, required documentation, and complete onboarding procedures.
- Liaise with operations teams to facilitate machine installation and activation.
- Maintain continuous relationships with merchants to support sustained usage and satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives consistently.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain detailed records of sales engagements.
- Collect and provide market insights while monitoring competitor initiatives.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate degree.
- Experience range from freshers to candidates with up to 3 years in field sales, fintech, banking, telecom, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication skills and sales aptitude are essential for freshers as well.
- Possession of a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Must own and be proficient with a smartphone.
