Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Developer to deploy and tailor ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs. Candidates should possess experience with ERPNext and the Frappe framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure various ERPNext modules.
- Customize workflows and streamline business processes.
- Develop and manage system integrations.
- Design reports, create dashboards, and prepare print formats.
- Analyze client requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and offer ongoing support.
- Ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues; optimize operational procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- In-depth understanding of ERP concepts and organizational processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext modules such as Accounts, CRM, HR, and Inventory.
- Proficiency in Python programming and the Frappe Framework.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
- Prior involvement in ERP implementation projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of business workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in ERPNext development.
- Awareness of cloud computing environments.
