Your Impact
- Lead the configuration, setup, and ongoing development of the Sibo STEP Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure effective integration and robust system performance.
- Oversee the PIM system's scalability, data governance, reliability, and performance to maintain precise and compliant product information.
- Create and maintain data exchange pipelines between the PIM and other business systems such as ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and CRM using APIs for smooth interoperability.
- Continuously monitor system status, anticipate and troubleshoot problems proactively, and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for technical issue resolution.
- Design automation workflows and partner with cross-functional teams in an agile work environment to convert business requirements into practical technical implementations.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Informatics or a related IT discipline, featuring strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Practical experience with the STEP system, including Workbench, UI, Import/Export Managers, and integration endpoints.
- Advanced skills in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP-SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT; knowledgeable in HTTP, REST, and JSON protocols.
- Comprehensive understanding of STEP integration methods and design patterns, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- An agile mindset, familiarity with agile frameworks, commitment to quality, responsibility, and proficient business English.
