Originating from Tamie Media, it serves as a lasting home for stories that mainstream, corporate media often neglects or excludes. The platform aims to provide unfiltered and fact-checked journalism focusing on community issues, cultural changes, and human endurance, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and transparency. It fosters community involvement through a "Digital Town Square" format that encourages respectful and moderated dialogue, making it a trusted source for genuine, independent news that explores deeper truths beyond surface appearances.

The Editor also oversees the content schedule, orchestrates the coverage of community-centered topics, and offers constructive critiques to uphold rigorous journalistic quality. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala, requiring regular office presence and active collaboration with the media team and community stakeholders.
