Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for multiple digital platforms following standardized workflows, templates, SOPs, and utilizing AI tools.
• Develop and maintain software comparison pieces, buyer guides, and editorial materials that assist readers in making well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain steady content output while ensuring clarity, accuracy, SEO compatibility, and relevance to the audience.
• Perform careful content reviews to adhere to editorial standards, formatting, and brand guidelines.
• Confirm that content structure, visual elements, calls-to-action, internal linking, and other publishing requirements are properly integrated.
• Collaborate with SEO and content leadership teams to refine content formats, workflows, and enhance overall performance.
• Identify repetitive issues and challenges within content workflows and suggest actionable improvements.
• Contribute feedback for refining templates, AI prompts, and editorial support systems.
• Ensure all content provides superior value and quality compared to competing resources.
• Support freelance content contributors as needed, ensuring consistency across published outputs.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and publishing goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in content production, editorial coordination, or related operations roles.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and quality-checking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• A good understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and on-page optimization techniques.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured, and engaging digital content tailored for online audiences.
• Experience adhering precisely to detailed workflows, SOPs, and templates.
• Comfortable incorporating AI-based tools within the content creation process.
• Familiarity with WordPress or comparable content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines and tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote context.
• Experience covering SaaS or software-related topics is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs or Clearscope is a plus.
• Exposure to project management platforms such as Airtable is advantageous.
