Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Solution Consulting team in the UAE, part of our Presales function pivotal to our business planning revolution. This role will be integral to the EMEA Presales and Go-To-Market leadership teams, guiding a dynamic group of up to 8 professionals to challenge norms and fuel client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic regional plan for the Solution Consulting team consistent with EMEA and global objectives.
• Lead transformative initiatives to elevate operational performance and adaptability within the team.
• Manage the regional portfolio, maintaining accountability and close collaboration with sales teams to optimize impact.
• Engage proactively with regional sales, allocating presales resources strategically to maintain competitive momentum.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team with clear career development frameworks that enhance retention.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with strategic stakeholders and customers in the UK and Ireland region.

Candidate Profile

• In-depth expertise in SaaS platforms, especially in Enterprise Performance Management or Corporate Performance Management related to FP&A or supply chain solutions.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing and inspiring presales teams in complex multisector environments, preferably within the Middle East.
• Strong competency in managing regional teams and driving transformational change.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both as a strategic leader and hands-on contributor.
• Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this position.
