Position Overview
Charterhouse Partnership is assisting a leading Technology and AI multinational corporation in Singapore in recruiting a Head of Human Resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for steering both operational and strategic HR functions while realigning the HR approach amidst a phase of organizational change and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR collaborator with senior leadership, offering expert guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
- Revise and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy ensuring the recruitment of top talent from global pools, with a hands-on approach.
- Lead complex change management initiatives supporting business transformations, operational synergies, and growth objectives.
- Manage intricate employee relations issues, guaranteeing timely and balanced solutions while mitigating risks.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify talent shortages and implement effective hiring, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to managers and employees concerning HR policies, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
- Design and introduce HR programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving employee experience, and driving business performance.
- Work in partnership with centers of excellence such as Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development to ensure programs meet business requirements.
- Utilize HR analytics, metrics, and trends to deliver insights that guide decision-making and improve HR practices continuously.
- Ensure strict compliance with local employment legislation, regulations, and internal company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role within dynamic, high-growth, or fast-paced organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and contemporary HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and earn the trust of senior leaders and key stakeholders through sound advice.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities combined with a confident and cooperative attitude.
