Your leadership will span fulfillment, supply chain, warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, logistics, and overseeing a significant ERP implementation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Canadian fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management.
• Manage inventory operations across multiple sites in Canada, Texas, and Amazon FBA facilities.
• Direct freight, logistics, and cross-border distribution efforts.
• Establish and monitor warehouse key performance indicators and promote operational excellence.
• Develop standard operating procedures and work towards process uniformity.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of a new ERP system alongside other operational tools.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that lead to measurable operational advancements.

Additional Information

Salary for this position ranges between 120000 and 150000 CAD annually, supplemented by an annual performance bonus.
