Overview
This role is suited to someone who performs well in energetic, target-driven sales settings and is comfortable working through uncertainty. The position sits within Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel (SME&C), where the team is building a fast-growing, AI-led sales organization focused on delivering measurable business outcomes for customers.

As part of the AI Workforce Specialists team, you will support the Singapore market as a seasoned Digital Solution Specialist. The job is centered on identifying, shaping, and winning strategic opportunities that help organizations transform their workforce with AI at scale. The focus is on high-value engagements that turn AI-driven productivity into clear business impact.
In this position, you will drive adoption and expansion of AI Workforce solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 E3, E5, E7, and frontline worker offerings. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and partners to design solution strategies, lead complex sales cycles, and help customers achieve lasting transformation.
The role also offers the chance to deepen solution-selling expertise, build stronger AI Workforce domain knowledge, and grow within one of Microsoft’s key strategic areas.

Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners while acting as a trusted advisor on AI Workforce solutions.
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage across several quarters by using digital selling tools, partner-led motions, and account engagement activities.
- Run consultative sales discussions to uncover needs, explain value, and shape suitable AI Workforce solutions.
- Take ownership of complex strategic deals and coordinate internal teams and partners through the full sales cycle.
- Support post-sale usage, adoption, consumption growth, and seat expansion through deployment planning and partner collaboration.
- Use competitive awareness and a challenger approach to influence customer thinking around digital and AI transformation.
- Track pipeline quality, improve forecasting accuracy, and manage sales reporting for assigned territories.
- Stay up to date on the evolving AI landscape and convert new capabilities into practical value for customers.
- Exchange insights, best practices, and field learnings with sales and partner communities to improve execution and broaden impact.
Requirements
- About 7 or more years of experience in technology sales, solution selling, or account management.
- Background selling technology products or services in complex enterprise or upper-SMB environments.
- Strong consultative, value-based selling skills with demonstrated success in closing strategic, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Ability to speak credibly with senior business and technical decision-makers and translate technology features into business outcomes.
- Experience handling opportunities end to end, from pipeline generation to closure, deployment, and account growth.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing AI and cloud environment, along with the curiosity and discipline to keep learning as the space evolves.
- Strong team player who can coordinate internal stakeholders and partners and share practices that help scale success across the sales organization.
