About the Role
Attega Group is actively searching for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join their team in Portchester. This full-time, permanent position focuses on supporting Account Managers and the Talent Acquisition team by managing daily recruitment tasks and sourcing candidates for a variety of roles within the engineering, manufacturing, and M&E sectors across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing job descriptions and creating compelling job advertisements for distribution across multiple job boards.
- Employing social media platforms and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and source suitable candidates’ CVs aligned with client needs.
- Reviewing incoming applications, conducting preliminary candidate screenings, and maintaining ongoing communications.
- Assisting candidates by submitting their CVs, prepping them for interviews, and gathering feedback through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Coordinating interview schedules directly with hiring managers, ensuring smooth progress through recruitment stages.
- Leading client update meetings periodically when the Account Manager is unavailable and providing valuable market insight.
- Conducting first-round video interviews for operational and head office role candidates.
- Visiting client workplaces alongside or in place of the Account Manager throughout the year to maintain strong client relationships.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment resourcing, delivery, or candidate sourcing is essential.
- Familiarity with sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) industries is preferred.
- Strong competency in Boolean searching techniques for CV sourcing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple priorities.
- A client-focused mindset combined with a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Proven resilience and determination to overcome challenges and handle objections effectively.
Work Schedule and Benefits
- Monday to Thursday workdays with flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Half-day Fridays with early finish at 1:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life schedule.
- Competitive salary ranging from £27,500 to £31,000 annually, based on experience, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
