Job description
Role Overview
Locum Express, an award-winning recruitment agency and part of PE Global Group, is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their doctor’s division located in Little Island, Cork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and contact candidates from the existing database to assess their availability.
- Source new candidates and manage the initiation of their registration process.
- Maintain and update the candidate and client databases.
- Handle administrative duties such as creating job advertisements, issuing letters, and organizing timesheets.
- Conduct compliance verifications on candidates.
- Provide overall administrative support for the candidate booking process, covering Locum Doctors and agency healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with clients to gather booking details, including reference numbers.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- At least one year of experience in a dynamic sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities, with confidence in phone conversations ensuring positive candidate and client interactions.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Energetic, personable, and willing to work hard.
- Recruitment experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be given.
- Familiarity with CRM, booking systems, or administrative software.
