About the Role
Cherished Ceremonies Weddings, a leading wedding and event planning firm focused on bespoke celebrations, is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to enhance operational efficiency. This role is vital to maintaining accurate information that supports flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely enter client, vendor, and event-related data into company databases and management tools.
- Inspect data entries for errors or gaps and perform corrections to ensure data accuracy.
- Update and maintain comprehensive records, including vendor contracts, client details, and event timelines.
- Create reports, properly file completed documentation, and conduct data backups to secure information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company data with utmost professionalism.
- Support the wedding planning team with administrative duties concerning data organisation.
- Systematically organise digital files and records to enable easy access by team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience performing data entry or similar administrative tasks.
- High typing proficiency with strong attention to detail and maintaining data integrity.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with data management and CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to prioritise assignments effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a busy team environment.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or weddings is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
This is a full-time, onsite position located in Tampa, FL, offering hourly pay ranging between $26 and $39 USD.
