Role overview
Fakeeh Care Group is hiring a Data Analyst in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time on-site position. The role focuses on turning complex data into practical business insights while also supporting reporting, governance, and technical reliability across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Examine complex data sets and translate them into useful insights that can support decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual displays that make data easier to understand.
- Maintain strong data quality standards and verify accuracy throughout analysis work.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and data expectations.
- Apply data governance practices within analytical workflows and processes.
- Present findings, recommendations, and analysis outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling where needed.
- Take part in governance audits and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing steps to support operational stability.
- Track the performance and availability of systems and networks to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Plan, test, and roll out upgrades to information systems.
- Connect new software applications with existing environments.
- Ensure new applications are deployed and integrated efficiently across the business.
- Keep technical documentation current, well structured, and easy to access for future use.
- Design and apply backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect systems and data.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of system administration across complex operating systems.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting mission-critical systems.
- Capability to monitor system health, performance, and availability effectively.
- Ability to create and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
- Good documentation habits and organizational ability for maintaining technical records.
- Leadership and mentoring ability to support teammates and train users.
- Awareness of new technologies and current best practices in system administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis, or a related area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong oral and written English skills; Arabic is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Google Business Intelligence Professional, and Google Data Analytics Professional.
Additional information
This role combines analytical responsibilities with system administration, technical documentation, application integration, and business continuity planning. The work also involves supporting governance, compliance, and operational reliability across information systems.
Language preference
Excellent command of spoken and written English is required, and Arabic is preferred.
Certifications preferred
