About the Role
Adore Me, which has been part of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since its acquisition in December 2022, is hiring an Associate Analyst, Data Analytics for its Reporting team in New York. The position focuses on creating reliable reporting solutions, maintaining dashboards, and turning data into practical insights that support business decisions across several functions.
The role involves working with large datasets, protecting data accuracy, and partnering with teams across the organization to help leaders make informed, data-backed choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage clear, effective reports and dashboards that act as a dependable source for financial results and key business metrics.
- Analyze financial, product, and operational data to identify patterns, outliers, and actionable business insights.
- Improve reporting workflows and data quality by spotting opportunities for better processes and applying research-based ideas.
- Handle ad hoc analysis and research requests from senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use quantitative and statistical techniques to support forecasting and financial projection work.
- Perform detailed analysis in BigQuery datasets to uncover trends and insights useful to partner teams.
- Automate dashboard upkeep and ensure reporting remains accurate by monitoring data against business rules and set thresholds.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or another closely related quantitative discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics.
- Hands-on knowledge of Looker, Google BigQuery, SQL, Data Studio, or similar BI tools, along with Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global teams by adapting to different cultural expectations, coordinating across time zones, and using digital collaboration tools well.
- A motivated, collaborative working style.
- Experience in the retail industry is considered an advantage.
- Must be available to work on-site at the SoHo office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, onsite position based in New York, NY. The schedule requires in-office presence in SoHo on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
