Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact point ensuring high customer satisfaction for parents and students through phone, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Advise customers attentively to find optimal solutions, assisting with contract renewals and adjustments to tutoring hours.
- Collaborate closely with the team of tutors and educational consultants.
- Support customers through tutor replacements and teacher transitions to guarantee a smooth and successful continuation of lessons.
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently, handling even cancellation discussions positively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all tasks.
- Native or accent-free fluency in German.
- A genuine passion for advising customers and the enjoyment of informing them about opportunities and upselling additional tutoring packages.
- Understanding of human behavior and needs, coupled with a desire to assist through educational solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with every customer, patiently finding tailored solutions that bring satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills allowing you to stay composed and maintain oversight even in stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (such as hospitality, call centers) within high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Academic degrees such as Bachelor's, Master's, and/or MBA.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
