About the Role
As a Customer Success Executive at Skillventory based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience throughout the personal loan disbursal process. Your goal will be to assist approved borrowers in successfully completing the final loan disbursal steps via telephonic and digital support.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert loan-approved customers into completed disbursals by guiding them through tele-assistance calls.
- Help customers navigate and complete digital procedures within the mobile application efficiently.
- Respond swiftly to callback requests and handle leads within predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and update accurate customer records on CRM platforms.
- Clarify product features, terms, and digital workflows in simple, understandable language.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Customer Support departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Collect and relay insights regarding customer behaviors, reasons for delays, and drop-off points to improve processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in inbound telesales, customer success, or direct customer-facing roles.
- Prior exposure to technology or financial services sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages for effective communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with an empathetic approach to customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, calling dialers, and managing app-based customer journeys.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and professional mindset with a service-first attitude.
