About the Role
Join Amazon's Customer Service team at their office in Delhi/Noida as a Customer Service Associate on a contractual basis. Amazon aims to be the world's most customer-centric company, and the customer service team plays a crucial role in achieving this. Instead of relying on scripts, this role encourages problem-solving and delivering personalized exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting via phone, chat, and email. Your duties include addressing inquiries about orders, products, payments, and website navigation using various tools to research and provide solutions.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal authorization to work in India.

- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts such as early mornings, late nights, and overnight shifts.
