About the Role
Prime Video, accessible in more than 200 countries, is transforming how audiences experience films and television. Amazon Studios, focused on film and series production, is seeking a motivated Coordinator to join their US Animated Series team. The chosen candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, respond swiftly to urgent matters, and creatively solve complex problems impacting the internal team and related groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Animation Executives to support daily operations.
- Manage project submissions and pitches, maintaining organized submission records.
- Track development stages and current series deliverables, providing feedback on pitches, treatments, and episodes.
- Coordinate across multiple internal departments such as marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production, as well as external partners.
- Create and maintain interdepartmental tracking systems and grids.
- Manage a database of series assets and assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct industry research to monitor players, deals, trends, and competitors.
- Support and shadow creative projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an assistant within a studio or production company, or at least 1 year as a creative executive.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience assisting at agencies, studios, or production companies.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, specifically familiar with animation artists, animators, and studios.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Positive and proactive approach with sound judgment capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary range is $71,600 to $125,400, with final pay determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Compensation packages include sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units.
