Role Overview
As a mid-level Client Success Executive at Arine, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. You will manage the entire client lifecycle, facilitating implementation, ongoing support, and ensuring clients achieve their goals related to improving health outcomes and reducing costs. Your strategic thinking, project management, clear communication, and leadership skills will be instrumental in delivering successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing all business aspects from onboarding to continued maintenance.
- Develop and monitor client-specific KPIs and operational metrics to ensure deliverables exceed expectations and internal engagement is optimized.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of client needs and align Arine’s platform capabilities accordingly, identifying opportunities for enhanced offerings.
- Serve as the client's representative by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to explore new products and features.
- Produce documentation including use cases, case studies, and white papers to support brand awareness and client success stories.
- Collaborate across Arine teams to shape mission, vision, and strategic objectives, acting as a catalyst for positive change towards medication optimization leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in roles such as account management, client success, consulting, particularly within healthcare; health plan familiarity preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex client needs into clear, understandable messages.
- Proven leadership in guiding projects from strategic planning through execution and closure, with expertise in integrated project management.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equal experience preferred. Background in healthcare or pharmacy (e.g., pharmacist, nurse) beneficial alongside strong business knowledge.
- Familiarity with medication therapy management, CMS quality measures, and medication optimization approaches is highly-valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preference for experience in project management tools (such as JIRA) and CRM software (like HubSpot).
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Remote position requiring a private workspace that maintains information privacy.
- Reliable internet capable of supporting uninterrupted video and voice calls.
- Periodic onsite visits are necessary for interviews, onboarding, and team gatherings.
- Travel is expected up to 30% of the time.
