About the Role
Pixxi is growing its Business Development team and seeks a motivated and proactive Business Development Specialist. This position is suited for individuals who thrive in initiating outreach, engaging potential clients, and contributing significantly to expanding the sales funnel in a dynamic work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with both inbound and outbound prospects through various channels such as calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
- Provide support in delivering product demonstrations and participating in client discussions.
- Maintain follow-up communication with potential clients and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
- Assist in advancing leads through the different stages of the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development leadership team.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication abilities and skill in building strong client relationships.
- Confidence and experience in conducting outbound prospect outreach.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
- Results-oriented, well-organized, and enthusiastic about professional growth.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to personal vehicle is mandatory.
- Experience ranging from freshers up to two years in business development roles.
