About the Role
Novum Insight Management Private Limited is seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to join as Business Development Partners focused on field sales in Delhi-Mohan State. This role requires proactive merchant acquisition and client engagement to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting field sales activities and onboarding new business clients.
- Identifying prospective business partners and establishing strong relationships.
- Consistently hitting sales targets through daily market visits.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition roles.
- Open to candidates from any B2B sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, a laptop, and a smartphone.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed annual salary between ₹500,000 and ₹550,000.
- Performance-based sales incentives up to ₹250,000 per annum.
- Annual petrol reimbursement amounting to ₹60,000.
