Business Development Executive

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join Cutibless Healthcare in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a strong enthusiasm for sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities or appointments.
• Clearly explain the company's services and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Engage with potential customers to develop relationships and increase business.
• Generate new business prospects through field visits and consistent lead follow-up.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience to customers.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Experience between 0 to 2 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is compulsory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada languages is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits within Bangalore.

Work Schedule and Location
