Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join Cutibless Healthcare in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a strong enthusiasm for sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Handle both inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities or appointments.
Clearly explain the company's services and resolve customer queries effectively.
Engage with potential customers to develop relationships and increase business.
Generate new business prospects through field visits and consistent lead follow-up.
Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience to customers.
Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidates only.
Experience between 0 to 2 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is compulsory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English and Kannada languages is mandatory.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits within Bangalore.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000.
