About the Role
Airation Softtech Private Limited is seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive specializing in B2B sales to expand its clientele. The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating leads, connecting with key decision-makers, demonstrating products effectively, and converting prospects into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B clients and engage through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers effectively.
- Deliver product presentations and conduct demonstrations both online and offline.
- Analyze client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate business terms and successfully close sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Meet monthly sales and client onboarding goals.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead and customer data in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in B2B sales and enterprise sales strategies.
- Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and inside sales techniques.
- Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
- Effective negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, Software, IT Services, or HR Tech sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software is considered advantageous.
