Biologist

Overview

We are looking for biologists to contribute to an AI training initiative focused on improving the accuracy and clarity of AI-generated biological content. This role requires analyzing AI responses for their reasoning and problem-solving quality, providing expert feedback to ensure the AI models generate correct, logical, and well-explained biological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed prompts and responses across various biology topics to guide and refine AI training.
• Evaluate and rank AI-generated answers to improve model accuracy, fluency, and context relevance.
• Test AI models to identify and address inaccuracies or biases, ensuring trustworthy outputs.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Biology or related life sciences such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Physiology from a top 100 university.
• Strong expertise in human and animal biology, molecular mechanisms, physiological processes, disease and health principles, and experimental design reasoning.
• Experience in creating or critically assessing advanced biology educational or research content.
• Skilled in verifying biological data through reputable public resources across multiple disciplines.
• Have published research in peer-reviewed academic journals.
• Ability to communicate complex biological concepts clearly and translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications.
• Fluent in English at C1 level or higher with exceptional writing capabilities.
• Additional advantage: prior experience with data labeling, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or AI model evaluation.
